Founder and executive chef of Green Point Restaurant, each dish or drink that he creates is the result of arduous work, fascinating in itself, achieves a mixture of flavors in an extensive menu based only on plant bases. The respect he gives to each product and ingredient he uses is the result of his connection and adoration for every living being, but the love for his family and his desire to help the planet improve every day is the most characteristic and valuable of his person.
